A little about me…
I am a clinical psychotherapist based in the Cotswolds, driven by a passion for psychology and a genuine curiosity about people and their stories. This interest naturally led me to a career in psychotherapy—a role I hold with gratitude, respect, and responsibility.
Originally from California, I lived there until completing my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Saint Mary’s College. I later moved to the Cotswolds with my family and continued my professional training at Regent’s University London, earning a Master’s degree and a PGCIP in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling.
I have many years of experience working with both adults and young people, including training and experience through Cotswold Counselling in Cirencester.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I’m passionate about all things outdoors and animals. Living in the Cotswolds allows me to pursue both and I find that this connection often supports and enriches my approach to wellbeing both personally and professionally.

mY APPROACH
I’m an accredited integrative psychotherapist and young person counsellor offering talk therapy in the Cotswolds. My integrative and person-centred approach allows me to respond to each person’s unique needs with warmth, sensitivity, and an open mind. I offer a compassionate space where you can be heard, reflect on your experiences, and explore new ways of understanding yourself and your relationships.
Grounded in a psychodynamic and relational approach, I’m curious about how early experiences shape the present and believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be deeply healing. By bringing together mind, body, and emotions, therapy can help you develop a stronger sense of self, nurture healthier connections, and create a more fulfilling life.
My work with young people is often dynamic and creative as a way to connect and help them navigate their formative years. We often use art and experiential exercises as a way to connect and relate to the world. i find this is a way to help them express themselves when words and emotions can be difficult to understand. I am experienced in working with neurodivergence in the therapy room
I see clients in person out of The Health Studios in Bagendon (GL7 7JE) just outside of Cirencester. Limited availability for online psychotherapy.
Get in touch for a free 20 minute online consultation if you are interested in working together
